After two weeks with seasonal flu…then a whopping total of 7 days of being healthy, I’m sick again.
It is not Covid-19.
This is a pattern for me as I have an immune disorder called IgA. Just makes me prone to catch viruses and hard to make them go away. Not an uncommon malady. 1 out of 600 people have it.
Headache, muscle aches, extreme fatigue, sore throat, mild fever, winded easily, and sinus issues.
Not only can I not write a review, but I can’t smoke a cigar for the duration.
My karma must stink as we are readying for our move across town on the 13th and we are furiously trying to pack everything by ourselves. We can’t allow family or friends to help as a precaution.
Charlotte is still working part time at the Polish deli because of the short time we have before we begin to bleed money from the move. I’m doing the best I can to pack, dispose of trash, organize, etc. Damn, we have a lot of crap.
Generally, my rebound that occurs each time I get a virus is less ferocious than the first go around. I’m positive I will be OK by next Monday for the move.
If we survive this, Charlotte and I will be shining examples of how two 70 year olds can muster their strength during difficult times.
I don’t expect to be reviewing until we are moved into the new place.
Please stay safe. Please obey the rules about distancing. Don’t look at this pandemic as some government scare tactic. People are dying and this week is supposed to see a surge.
Wear your masks. Don’t take this lightly like too many folks do.
We’ll all get through this despite the doom and gloom broadcasted every day.
